We frequently get asked if we offer PCI compliance and it's a very broad topic of discussion.

When you operate a facility which transacts Card Data  (ie processing or payments) you're required to maintain PCI compliance regardless of the number of sales.

PCI stands for Payment Card Industry. It's a set of security standards for all business owners accept when they handle, store and transmit credit card data.

It's important to note that PCI security is not about technology, it's about ensuring that Card Data is appropriately secured, stored and handled no matter what the method, phone, paper, electronic.

The number of ways in which you collect, store and transmit Card Data from your Contact Centre, Paper Forms, website or CRM inform your PCI compliance requirements.

It's important to know what your obligations are as a business merchant. While we do integrate with PCI Compliant Systems, ultimately the merchant is responsible for handling customer data, processing of cards and any staff policy and procedures allow them to access Card Data or information.
