Logging in to support desk give you access to all your support tickets and activity.
Q: Why does the support desk call me to confirm details in my ticket.
When you make a request we may call you to verify details of the request, your identity or ask for confirmation of tasks to be completed.
These are security measures we put in place to protect your systems.
Q: Who can make requests?
Only authorised users can make requests, and generally there is one per organisation.
When we receive requests from multiple users we may call the authorised contact to confirm requests.
Q: What happens if I'm out of support
If you have used your support quota you'll be sent a notification, and you can confirm with the support desk the action you wish to take.
